The Chinese New Year Cultural Fair is held annually at the Oregon Convention Center.

Established by the Portland Chinese Times and operated in collaboration by the PCT, Portland Art & Cultural Center and Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, this one day event draws thousands of people of all ages to enjoy cultural entertainment, food, shopping and education and celebration of the Chinese New Year.
